Subcontractor Prequalification Process
Complete the Profile
The Subcontractor Pre-qualification Profile must be completed and approved by LLT in order to bid one of our projects. This profile is designed to provide information about the subcontractor's project experience, current work load, bonding capacity, and personnel. The approved and verified profiles are reviewed at our monthly managers meeting. This process continually introduces our project managers to new subcontractors. The approved profiles are collected and posted on our internal contact database.

Complete Job Specific Form
In addition to completing the Subcontractor Pre-Qualification Profile, LLT requires our subcontractors to obtain permission to bid each project individually. Prior to each bid, the subcontractor will need to complete the "job specific" form and submit it by the published deadline. The project team will perform a thorough review of project experience to ensure that the subcontractor is capable to perform the scope of work for the specific project. After this internal review, the subcontractor is notified whether or not the application was approved.
