New three-story, 20,000 square foot building at the corner of East Mahan and Phillips Road. The first floor is an operating financial institution while the upper two floors contain the management and accounting offices for all four city-wide locations. Construction components are structural steel with brick veneer and standing seam metal roof. Project includes sitework, modular bank vault, and drive thru.
