The project consists of renovation of the Macintosh House (the former President's House) to provide a welcome center for the Alumni Association. It involves the demolition of the existing swimming pool and tennis courts, and construction of an Alumni Hall to provide administrative space for the operations of the Alumni Association. These operations include dining areas, conference rooms, catering kitchen, administrative offices, print shop, and mailing facility. The project includes a series of site improvements, such as parking, landscaping, storm water, and site utilities.
