Florida State University - Cawthon Hall Renovations
A historic renovation of the original 5-level dormitory built in 1948. This dormitory houses 297 student residents and a live and learn program for the university. Interior renovations involve the complete demolition of all existing systems down to the concrete structure. New construction consists of concrete block with plaster. Special features include trash chute system, kitchens, and security systems.
