New construction of library services building on West Madison Street. Steel structure with brick veneer and pre-cast exterior. Offices, computer lab, storage, and meeting rooms are among the features of the facility. New project phase involves construction of a warehouse adjacent to the building. Warehouse is a metal building with roll-up doors. Additional components to the project include sitework, hazardous site material removal and stormwater management systems.
