This project is for the new College of Medicine, serving their administration and faculty, classrooms and auditorium, student learning communities, teaching labs and research labs. This facility will be a prominent architectural gateway to the campus. Construction is expected to start January 2003 and be completed in four phases from April 2004 through December 2005. Basic Sciences Building construction includes research labs, classrooms, offices, an auditorium, and support spaces. A new 1200 chiller will be installed in the satellite chiller plant.
