Governor's Club Grill & Balcony
This is an addition of covered structural steel balcony to historic Governor's Club at the corner of College and Adams for outside dining areas. Work is performed while maintaining accessibility to the restaurants and businesses below. Includes decorative columns and rail system, and addition of doors to the 2nd floor interior.
