The original construction began in 1992 with the demolition of two existing deteriorating buildings at the corner of Adams Street and College Avenue in downtown Tallahassee. A new, three-story steel, brick exterior, metal roof structure was completed in December 1994, with interiors of high-grade wood mouldings, wall coverings, and marble floors. Subsequently, in of August 2003, new construction began on the addition of two new floors and an additional 11,000 SF of office space with an anticipated completion date of March 2004.
