Heritage Grove - Ocala Road Student Housing
This is a new 37-acre student housing community near Florida State University's campus. This majestic site fronts Ocala Road and borders the current Bike/Pedestrian Path that runs from Ocala Road to Stadium Drive. The community will surround an expansive green, and was designed in the Jacobean style prevalent on the FSU campus. Capstone/LLT will develop the site, along with housing and meeting facilities for 8 groups, while making sites available for another 5 groups to design, build and finance their own facilities. The community will include a separate clubhouse with swimming pool and recreational courts that will be shared by all residents.
