A new 40,000 square foot assisted living facility in Thomasville, Georgia. Facility houses 36 Garden Apartments all under one roof along with Studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments that all lead into a Main street Mall. This is a steel structure with brick exterior and shingle roof. Facilities include a dining hall, nursing stations, library, offices, and chapel. Construction includes Victorian cottages detached from the main facility.
