A new 40,000 square foot medical complex. Exterior construction is structural steel with synthetic stucco finish and single ply roof. Interiors contain medical equipment such as x-ray, nuclear imaging, two elevators, and procedure equipment. Systems include mechanical, sprinkler, fire, and emergency. There are 5 separate build-outs of custom medical spaces.
